Description

Exclusive to Farmison & Co with a twist on the British classic, our festive wild venison wellington for two will make for a delicious feast this season. Made with Madeira-infused mushroom duxelles and a fine liver pate before being wrapped in air-dried ham and an all-butter flaky puff pastry. Not forgetting the all-important meltingly tender larder-trimmed loin sourced from the finest wild red deer. This wild venison wellington is perfect for Sunday dinners, boasting intense, rich, and gamey flavour. We only source our venison in a sustainable manner, one which aims to protect the landscape the herds graze. Be sure to consult our recipe tips for cooking times, and serve alongside redcurrant jelly and our rich red wine sauce.
