Delivery Charges

Mainland UK

We deliver to every postcode in the UK Tuesday to Sunday (excluding 2 day postcodes).
For orders under £60.00 we charge a standard delivery fee of £5.95 (weekends £7.95).

We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 1pm between Monday - Friday for delivery on Tuesday - Saturday. For Next Day Delivery we charge £7.50. Note: Next Day Delivery orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Next Day Delivery to the Highlands & Islands. Due to demand, there may be occasions where our cut off time changes. Next Day Delivery costs may vary on Saturdays and at peak times such as Christmas and Easter.

For all STANDARD orders totalling £60.00 or over, after any discounts or codes applied, we offer Free Standard Delivery.

There is a minimum order value of £30.

Our Premium AM service is also available at an additional charge starting from £5.95.

Please note that certain dates will be exempt from our Free Delivery Offer. Such as around Christmas peak periods.

Northern Scotland

We charge £14.45 for delivery (Saturday £15.95) to areas of Northern Scotland - the Highlands and Islands.

We will confirm when delivery can be made to your address as typically it takes 2 - 3 days.

brexit implications

Prior to the Brexit agreement we were shipping to customers within Europe quite regularly, however we are no longer able to export fresh meat as easily. As a result, we have had to pause our exports to Customers in the EU or where parcels pass through the EU, this unfortunately currently includes Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly

Please note we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands due to Brexit implications.

* FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

For free standard weekday delivery over £60, the value of the transaction must total £60 after any discounts or promotional codes are applied. Certain delivery areas will incur an additional delivery cost to those detailed in the delivery planner, and are exempt from the free delivery option, due to time taken to deliver to these areas. These delivery areas include Northern Scotland - the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Europe and further afield. This offer excludes premium delivery and next day delivery.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

We appreciate that you will want to know when your order will arrive.

You can name your delivery day (Tuesday to Sunday).

You can upgrade your delivery to our premium AM service. This service gives you a better idea of what time of day your order will be delivered. Regular deliveries will be on the FedEx all day service (8am - 8pm).

From time to time deliveries may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours.

Your delivery will arrive in a special Stay-Chilled insulated box, which means an unopened consignment is chill test safe for up to 48 hours.

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

All orders are delivered by our logistics partner FedEx

Once you input your delivery address and postcode the exact delivery charge, for the day you specify, will be automatically calculated and added to your bill (if applicable).

PLANNING FOR THE USE-BY DATE:

The expected shelf life for each product is published on the product page, just under the product title. It indicates how many days your meat will remain in perfect condition when it arrives before reaching its use-by date. All our meat is fresh so it can be frozen (note: each item has the use-by date printed on the packaging when it arrives).

Christmas delivery

Our Christmas range is available for delivery from Sunday, December1st until Tuesday, December 24th, subject to availability of delivery slots and availability of produce. There is no delivery charge on deliveries up until December 20th on all orders over £60. Weekend surcharges apply. Orders under £60 will be subject to our standard weekday delivery charge of £5.95.

Deliveries on the 21st and 22nd of December will be subject to a premium delivery charge of £10 under £60 or £7.50 over £60, and on the 23rd and 24th of December will be subject to a premium delivery charge of £10.

Highland and Island/48 hour postcodes will remain to be charged £14.45 throughout the Christmas period. Last delivery date is the 20th of December and the next date available will then be the 8th of January.
