Delivery Charges

Mainland UK

We deliver to every postcode in the UK Tuesday to Saturday.
For orders under £40.00 we charge £5.95 (Saturday £7.95).

For all orders totaling £40.00 or over, after any discounts or codes applied, we offer Free Delivery (Saturday supplement £3.95).

Our Premium AM or PM Delivery service is also available at an additional charge of £5.95.

Please note that certain dates will be exempt from our Free Delivery Offer. Such as around Christmas peak periods.

Northern Scotland

We charge £14.45 for delivery (Saturday £15.95) to areas of Northern Scotland - the Highlands and Islands.

We will confirm when delivery can be made to your address as typically it takes 2 - 3 days.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly

We charge £17.95 for delivery (£20.95) to areas of Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man & Isle Of Scilly.

We will confirm when delivery can be made to your address as typically it takes 2 - 3 days.

Europe & Further Afield

We deliver to many European countries.

* FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

For free delivery over £40 (normally £75.00 outside of deliveries during March to May 2018), the value of the transaction must total £40 after any discounts or promotional codes are applied. Certain delivery areas will incur an additional delivery cost to those detailed in the delivery planner, and are exempt from the free delivery option, due to time taken to deliver to these areas. These delivery areas include Northern Scotland - the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Europe and further afield.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

We appreciate that you will want to know when your order will arrive.

You can name your delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday).

You don’t need to be at home when we deliver. At check out we ask that you leave instructions on somewhere your order can be left safely in the event nobody is around to accept delivery.

Alternatively, if there is no place the parcel can be left safe, we can have it delivered to your local Post Office Branch.

You can upgrade your delivery to our premium AM or PM service.
This service gives you a better idea of what time of day your order will be delivered.

From time to time delivery may take an addition day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours.

Your delivery will arrive in a special Stay-Chilled insulated box, which means an unopened consignment is chill test safe for up to 72 hours.

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

All orders are delivered by our logistics partner Royal Mail Parcelforce.

Once you input your delivery address and postcode the exact delivery charge, for the day you specify, will be automatically calculated and added to your bill (if applicable).

PLANNING FOR THE USE-BY DATE:

The expected Shelf Life for each product is published on the product page, just under the product title. It indicates how many days your meat will remain in perfect condition when it arrives before reaching its use-by date. All our meat is fresh so it can be frozen (Note: Each item has the use-by date printed on the packaging when it arrives.).

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMES

Christmas deliveries will run up until the 22nd December 2018. Orders placed close to the run up to Christmas may be subject to additional delivery charges.
