Our famous porchetta is inspired by traditions of Italian butchery. Using creamy, flavoursome free-range pork loin and belly that's been skilfully trimmed, boned, and rolled with the traditional seasoning of fennel seeds, garlic, and lemon zest to elevate the savoury quality of the meat. Our porchetta is ideal for year-round feasting - whether on the barbecue or for a Christmas roast - and stands out for the quality of the pork and a balanced level of seasoning. The pork is sourced from free-range British pigs to offer typical succulence and flavour, well-suited to pairing with sweet and tangy sauces from our pantry.

What the Judges said:

"This is an attractive presentation of round and juicy pork loin with a generous covering of crisply golden crackling. The texture is soft, not too dry and easy to carve. The aroma is fennel-rich with cracked black pepper and lemon zest."

Porchetta is a Roman speciality increasingly finding its way onto butcher's boards and restaurant menus. Traditionally, porchetta is made with the loin and the belly to promise layers of silky fat, and the essential crackling. Our porchettas are then enhanced by the aroma of the blend of seasonings added on the butcher's block, before being neatly tied ready for roasting.

Your fresh meat delivery will arrive in a special stay-chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away.
