This Christmas spiced rub is a versatile blend, perfect for adding a warm and festive flavour to your dishes this season. Developed in-house by our Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker, we've created a unique combination of aromatic spices including mixed spice, juniper, orange zest powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, and mace, with a touch of ground white pepper and cloves for a rich, well-rounded taste.

This rub is ideal for enhancing the flavours of grass-fed beef, free-range mutton, wild venison, and duck, making it an essential addition to your festive pantry. Expect a delightful balance of warmth from the spices and the vibrant citrusy notes of orange zest, creating a truly festive experience for your taste buds.

Use to taste - each pouch will be enough to season up to 4 kg of meat or poultry.

how to use your F&Co Christmas Winter Spice Rub

  • Begin by sprinkling the seasoning evenly over the raw meat. Make sure to massage it in thoroughly for optimal flavour. Suggested usage is 8 to 10 grams of seasoning per kilo of meat. Adjust the amount according to your personal taste preferences.
  • Proceed to cook the meat following your usual instructions. Whether you're grilling, baking, or pan-frying, ensure that you adhere to the recommended cooking time and temperature for the specific type of meat you're preparing.

Your fresh meat delivery will arrive in a special stay-chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away.
