This aromatic and richly flavoursome turkey breast centrepiece
has been developed in-house by our Executive Chef Jeff Baker. Our
exclusive chestnut & fig stuffing is expertly packed into a
boneless turkey breast and tied to allow the festive delicate
flavours to infuse the meat as it cooks. The result is an
easy-to-carve centrepiece bursting with flavour for a memorable
Christmas dinner. Each of our free-range birds mature at their own
pace from foraging on natural pastures for succulent meat. Be sure

Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products
containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries
(Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on

About the cut
Our turkey flocks mature outdoors at their own pace to ensure the flavoursome and succulent meat essential for a celebration roast. The turkey breast is carefully cut away from the whole bird, leaving the entirety of the boneless breast meat intact for roasting. This is an increasingly popular option at Christmas time for slightly smaller tables or for those who prefer the breast meat.

Your fresh meat delivery will arrive in a special stay-chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.
All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away.
