Description

Rich, smoky, and ready to serve, our Muscovado Sugar Pit Pork Joint brings bold festive flavour to your Christmas table with ease. Inspired by traditional pit-cooked methods, this fully cooked joint is made from high-welfare British pork loin, dry cured and gently smoked before being glazed with dark muscovado sugar and warming spices.

The result is a tender pork joint with a deep, sweet-savoury crust and an irresistible smoky finish. Simply warm through and carve or shred for a laid-back festive feast - perfect for Boxing Day buffets, sharing platters, or hearty sandwiches.

All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Shelf life: minimum 6 days.
