About the cut
The pork picnic, or picnic shoulder, is cut from the shoulder of the pig and is ideal for achieving melt-in-the-mouth tender and juicy pulled pork. Closely related but not to be confused with Boston butt, this is one of our pork butcher's best kept secrets, sourced from truly free-range pigs for only the best flavour.
