A superb American-style relish and just the ticket for pairing with hot dogs, pork pies or a ploughman's lunch. The sweet and spicy flavour comes from the mustard, all spice, and chopped gherkins, which combine for a wonderful crunchy texture and balanced flavour. Above all, this relish has been developed for popping in a burger with a toasted brioche bun for stunning eating.

What the Judges said:

"A vibrant, golden colour with an interesting texture that had bite. The flavour was well-balanced between sweet onions and sour pickles. We can imagine this being a good base for a burger bun bringing a pleasing heat and freshness to cut through the fat."
