Our Greek Style Chicken Skewers are carefully crafted to bring the fragrant essence of the Mediterranean to your table. These skewers are a true family favourite, offering a delightful combination of aromatic flavour with a mild spice. Developed in-house by our Executive chef, Jeff Baker, we've generously seasoned diced free-range chicken breast with a blend of dried pepper, fennel, cumin, and coriander for a subtle depth of flavour, setting the foundation for a delicious meal. Once marinated, we brush a Greek oil base over the skewers to combine the richness of paprika, the herbaceous notes of thyme and rosemary, and the unmistakable essence of oregano. Thoughtfully assembled by our skilled butchers providing separate skewers for you to add your choice of peppers, onions, and other vegetables to serve. The result is an infusion that works in harmony with the tender chicken, taking your taste buds on a voyage to the sun-soaked shores of Greece. For an authentic finish, pair with warm homemade flatbreads, tzatziki and Greek salad.
