These escalopes are cut from the pork leg, for a leaner finish than a loin escalope, but no less in flavour owing to our use of free range, heritage breed pork. Cut into neat portions, these escalopes are ideal for breading and quick frying and easy mid-week meals. These pork leg escalopes can be used as an alternative cut in a variety of dishes, such as Wiener Schnitzel.
