These delicious cooking chorizos are made using our free-range pork trim and free-range bacon, blended together with sweet Pimenton de la Vera from the Extremadura region of Spain. The Paprika creates a savoury and vibrant cooking chorizo that can be used for all types of dishes. Pan fry or roast these little gems in a hot oven until golden and caramelised before drizzling lightly with an Acacia honey or add to a Paella or squid stew.
