Our dry-cured free range back bacon is just how bacon should be, rich with an irresistable flavour enhanced by the wood smoke. This bacon is named in homage to the Cathedral of Ripon, the focal point of our little city, with the pastures and livestock of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors on our doorstep. We use whole cuts of free range British pork for a much deeper, more intense flavour.

Free range pork loin (130g used in 100g of finished product), salt, sugar, antioxidant: (organic sea buckthorn), preservative: (sodium nitrite), natural wood smoke.
