Our BBQ steak and chops range offers something for every outdoor gathering when the weather is great and the coals are glowing. Prime cuts of individual steaks and chops, as well as many sharing steaks you might not be familiar with. Much of our range is inspired by American and European traditions of steak and chop cutting, as well as many British influences, all sourced from native breed herds. Once barbecued the result are always impressive, with meat boasting unrivaled quality, with characteristic marbling for flavour, ample fat covering for basting and melting tenderness, which is added to in the dry aging process overseen by our Master Butcher.
