Description

We've taken our ever popular Half Free Range Yorkshire Wolds Duck and brined it for 3 days in an authentic mix of classic Chinese flavours including Black Vinegar, Five Spice, Sichuan peppercorns, malt & light soy sauce. The Ducks are left to hang & dry for 48hrs before a low, slow & gentle dry roast followed by a steam cook for 3hrs to ensure the fat is fully rendered whilst maintaining the moisture & flavour of the meat. All that needs to be added is finely sliced fresh spring onions & batons of peeled & de-seeded Cucumber and hoisin sauce on the side. This is probably Britain's favourite Chinese meal brought expertly & authentically to you by F&Co, and ready to eat in just 30 minutes.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

1 x 210g Hoi Sin Sauce

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Pancake ingredients: wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, rapeseed oil, salt.

Peking Style Half Duck Ingredients: Duck (93%), peking sauce (7%):(kikkomans soy sauce:(water, soybeans, wheat, salt), black treacle, black rice vinegar, star anise, sea salt, pink peppercorns).

Hoisin Sauce: Hoisin sauce ingredients: sugar, water, fermented soybean paste (15%): (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, corn starch, dried sweet potato, rice vinegar (water, rice, sugar, salt), dehydrated garlic, sesame paste, spices, salted chilli pepper.
