Our best-selling free-range pork collar ham joint has returned for Easter & Mother's Day, matured in a Devon porter cure and black treacle for outstanding flavour that's sure to impress. Working with our Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker, we've curated a lightly smoked finish that's ready to eat, ideal for spring buffets or a classic evening meal. As always, our pork is sourced from responsible farms that do things the better way, slowly and naturally. Expect succulent ham with plenty of robust, distinctive flavour as a result of our pigs having freedom to roam and time to grow. Pair with a mustard dressing or parsley sauce for a light and traditional finish.
