Minced Pork is a staple of the pork butcher's trade, but nowadays the focus is often making the meat go as far as possible. Our approach is different, and hasn't changed for generations. The hogs used are in their prime, richly fed, and sourced from small farms that produce consistent quality, while we use the shoulder for mince to give proper flavour and colouring.
This versatile Minced Pork is ideal for adding proper flavour and quality to dishes, and is a great introduction to just how good our native breed pork is. Our farmers used to rear exclusively for the restaurant trade but now this wholesome and nutritious mince is avalailable for everyday cooking.
