Originating from Toulouse and otherwise known as Saucisse de Toulouse, these sausages are hand-made in the traditional way using free-range British pork. Boasting robust, smoky, flavour enhanced by the smoked bacon, perfectly balanced by a hint of garlic, English herbs and natural casings. Expect a coarse-cut sausage with plenty of bite, perfect for weeknight meals. Pair with puy lentils or mashed potato for a substantial meal the family will love.
