Hand-prepared using rich, coarsely ground Nidderdale sausage meat wrapped in generous layers of award-winning streaky bacon, it delivers the perfect balance of savoury succulence and smoky sweetness in every bite. Whether carved into hearty slices or served whole for dramatic effect, this oversized pig in a blanket is guaranteed to get the table talking.

All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Shelf life: minimum 6 days.
