Absolutely delighted with the quality of meat. Used the diced mutton for a tagine and it melted like butter. Breakfast sausages very tasty. The Brisket looks excellent and shall enjoy on Easter Sunday. I will definitely order more products in future.
This was my first time ordering from Farmison and I was not disappointed. I have a local farmer who I use to buy my meat and the quality is outstanding. Farmison allowed me to try some unusual cuts such as a huge tomahawk steak and a French trimmed rack of mutton. These were both delicious!
