Our mutton roasting joints boast succulent meat, with deep, robust flavour well suited to slow roasting. An under-used delicacy, the dry aging process relaxes the mutton into tenderness, and concentrates the flavour as moisture naturally leaves the meat, while the ample fat cover ensures a meltingly succulent finish to our roasting joints.
