Ingredients
- 125ml Crème fraiche
- 50ml Semi whipped cream
- 75ml Creamed horseradish
- 12 1/2g Finely grated fresh horseradish
- 1/2tsp English mustard
- Few drops Tabasco
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
Introduction
Ideal with grilled & roasted meats and fish.Method
- Fold all ingredient together except lemon juice and infuse for 20 minutes
- Pass through fine seive
- Add lemon and chill
- Caution/ do not overwork
