Our most indulgent Valentine's Day meat box, this luxurious selection is bursting with delicacies to savour for a romantic evening in. The heart of the selection is our award-winning dry age matured chateaubriand for two, which promises tender texture and delicate flavour when finished with the Sublime truffle and parmesan butter. The beef pairs wonderfully with the rich red wine sauce, and the satisfying crunch of the beef dripping Koffmann chips. To start, there is artisan-smoked salmon made with a traditional London Cure as well as exquisite caviar, ideal for preparing into a fabulous entrée and pairing with the sparkling Blanc de Noirs 2018 with its delicate citrus notes. The Pots & Co 80% Mapale Double Dark Chocolate ganache round off the evening with its sweet, creamy flavour.
