Description

Our take on the classic breakfast muffin, elevated with the finest ingredients from British farms. At its heart is a perfectly balanced sausage pattie, made from free-range pork and grass-fed beef steak for depth of flavour and a tender bite. We pair it with dry-cured smoked bacon rashers, all-butter brioche buns, and a generous helping of our rich, handmade ketchup.

This kit is designed for effortless indulgence: simply grill or pan-fry the pattie and bacon until crisp and golden, toast the brioche, then build your muffin with a freshly fried egg and plenty of ketchup for that satisfying, savoury finish.

Ideal for weekend brunching, slow mornings, or anytime you crave a proper breakfast made better.

Tomato Ketchup Ingredients: Tomato paste (39%), sugar, white wine vinegar (sulphites), tomato passata (11%), water, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, cornflour, mixed spice.

Sausage Patty Ingredients: pork, beef, water, gluten free crumb: (rice flour, gram flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), maize starch, psyllium fibre), salt, potato starch, spices:(white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, black pepper, chilli powder, pimento), stabiliser:(pentasodium triphosphate), dextrose, yeast extract, preservative:(sodium disulphite), sage, thyme.

Streaky Smoked Bacon Ingredients: Ingredients: Pork belly (94%), salt, brown sugar, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite).

Brioche Bun Ingredients: Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (from milk) (11.6%), water, pasteurised liquid whole egg (8.9%), sugar, yeast, glaze (water, vegetable proteins (pea, potato, faba bean), sunflower oil, dextrose, maltodextrins, starch), salt, emulsifier [sodium stearoyl-2 lactylate], soya flour, flour treatment agent [ascorbic acid].
