Designed with ease in mind, our traditional grass-fed beef roasting joint has been slow-cooked using the classic French technique, sous vide, to promise succulent, melt-in-the-mouth roast beef for your next Sunday roast, ready to eat in just 20 minutes. Curated by our in-house Michelin-starred chef Jeff Baker, we've taken the lengthy process out of roasting beef, ideal if you're short on time or looking for an easy roasting option. Simply roast your grass-fed beef joint, which has been seasoned with beef dripping, thyme, sea salt and pepper and serve with seasonal vegetables, F&Co Yorkshire puddings, a classic beef gravy and F&Co horseradish to finish. As always, our grass-fed beef is sourced from our small network of trusted farmers, who rear their herds slowly and naturally.

Our Cooked range has been meticulously crafted to elevate the classic roast dinner experience, offering a refined take on this beloved tradition. Using quality meats, our range allows home cooks to easily prepare a satisfying meal without the need for a long roasting process. We've also provided simple recipe tips to help you out along the way.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away.
