Developed by our Michelin Star chef, Jeff Baker, the free-range beef has been cooked in a deep, sticky black treacle and sea salt marinade, with a hint of gunpowder smoke. Easy to prepare, we've already done the slow cooking. Simply pop in the oven to caramelise for meltingly tender beef with a deep, intense flavour.
