We've taken inspiration from Italy & Italian feasting to create this beautifully perfumed Spatchcock chicken. Created by our Michelin starred chef Jeff & made entirely inhouse using herbs & seasonings evocative of Italian coastal regions - lemon zest, oregano, garlic & fennel seeds. All combined with extra virgin olive oil & salt before coating generously over our Free Range spatchcock Chicken and left to marinade for a minimum of 24hrs.
