Our handmade Haggis is the latest chef-prepared delight featuring mouth-watering heritage breed Cheviot & Jacob lamb and arriving just in time for your Burn’s Night supper. Made up of ‘sheep’s pluck’ - the offal from the Lamb - to which minced onion, oatmeal, suet, spices & homemade stock are added before a gentle cook in a natural Beef Bung. There's also a splash of Single Malt Scotch Whisky added to our indulgent haggis. So, whether you’re addressing the haggis on the 25th January or not, this is one to have on to your menu this month.
Haggis is known for its nutty, meaty, savoury flavour and ours is no different, and continues to welcome and surprise those who have never experienced it's delicious taste and it's moist and oaty texture.
