This is a Farmison & Co twist on the American barbecue classic, with the brisket burnt ends coated in our own fragrant blend of spices and sugar. Warm together with homemade barbeque sauce for a rich and moreish treat.
Burnt ends are an American barbecue dish, typically made with tender cubes of brisket, and increasingly to be found on British menus. These bite-sized cubes of the brisket have been cut from our dry aged store of beef for extra tenderness, hot smoked, then coated in a rich seasoning.
