Ingredients
- 500g Shallots peeled
- 2 x Sprigs thyme
- 12 x Cloves garlic peeled
- 2tsp flaked salt
- 2 tbsp goose/duck fat
Introduction
The little sweeties are a must with your celebration roast.Method
- Take a shallow oven proof dish and line with tinfoil leaving plenty of excess over edge.
- Place all ingredients into foil.
- Crumple up edges to form a sealed parcel.
- Place in preheated oven 185°C for 40/45 minutes.
- Carefully open bag ,reserve juices for the gravy.
- Lightly colour in non stick fry pan.
