Exclusive to Farmison & Co, this luxury Beef Wellington makes for a generous meal for four people. This limited edition wellington is made with meltingly tender aged centre cut fillet of beef, cushioned with Madeira-infused mushroom duxelles and organic chicken liver pate infused with truffle oil, and wrapped in air-dried ham. The all-butter flaky puff pastry is garnished with thyme leaves for a spectacular finish. Be sure to consult our Beef Wellington recipe, and serve alongside our F&Co rich red wine sauce.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

How to cook the luxury beef wellington

Our luxury beef wellington promises a decadent eye-catching centrepiece. Remove the wellington from the packaging 24 hours prior to baking, and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven and place the wellington on the middle shelf and bake until the puff pastry is golden brown. Leave to rest before serving with parsnip mash, buttered savoy cabbage and a rich red wine sauce for the ultimate festive meal. Centre Cut Fillet

An outstanding joint of prime grass fed beef, trimmed of all sinew by hand, the centre cut is one piece of pure fillet. The underworked fillet muscle of the beast makes for the most tender beef, often reserved for prime steaks in restaurants. Our centre cuts are further tenderised by the essential aging process, which enhances the natural quality of the beef, concentrating the flavour.
