Description

Exclusive to Farmison & Co, this luxury Beef Wellington will make for a generous meal for four people. Made with Madeira-infused Mushroom duxelles & liver pate infused with a hint of truffle, wrapped in air-dried ham & the all-butter flaky puff pastry, and not forgetting the all-important meltingly tender aged centre cut fillet of beef. Hand-finished, each leaf of thyme is carefully placed, resulting in an absolutely outstanding centrepiece that radiates exquisite craftsmanship. Be sure to consult our Beef Wellington recipe, and serve alongside our F&Co red wine sauce.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 48 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Centre Cut Fillet

An outstanding joint of prime grass fed beef, trimmed of all sinew by hand, the centre cut is one piece of pure fillet. The underworked fillet muscle of the beast makes for the most tender beef, often reserved for prime steaks in restaurants. Our centre cuts are further tenderised by the essential aging process, which enhances the natural quality of the beef, concentrating the flavour.
