The Burns Night Supper Box has been designed for an intimate home celebration of Robbie Burns, complete with an artisan-made haggis fit for toasting with a wee dram of Classic Laddie, a signature unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from the Bruichladdich Distillery. The haggis itself is made up of 'sheep's pluck' - the offal from the Lamb - to which minced onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and homemade stock are added. The sauce has been developed by our award-winning chef Jeff Baker and made using only pure base ingredients including our roasted chicken stock, Port Charlotte Whisky, and a touch of fresh cream to create a deliciously light yet rich and savoury cream sauce to accompany the Burns Night haggis. All in all, a fantastic way to celebrate the life and poetry of Robbie Burns - all you need to do is get the neeps and tatties.

Please note the whisky sauce shelf life is the 26th January. It must be consumed on or before this date.

1 x 250g Port Charlotte Whisky Cream Sauce
1 Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 1 x 200ml

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Haggis: lamb plucks (165g for every 100g finished product incl. hearts, liver and lights). beef fat, lamb stock. oatmeal (gluten), onions, salt, spices: (allspice, nutmeg, white pepper, onion powder). beef casing, antioxidant: (sea buckthorn). Metal used to hold haggis together.

Whisky sauce: whipping cream (milk), chicken stock: (water, chicken bones, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, tomato puree, sunflower oil, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), shallots, dijon mustard (water, spirit vinegar, brown mustard seeds, sea salt), single malt whisky (2%), unsalted butter (milk), garlic, black peppercorns, sea salt, thyme, bay leaf.

Bruichladdich the classic laddie (malted barley, yeast, water).

Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Made in an environment where mustard, milk and oats (gluten) may be used.

To cook the cream sauce, reheat thoroughly over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Please note bowl is not included and is for display purposes only.
