Celebrate Mother's Day & Easter with our quick-cook free-range lamb leg butterfly, boasting fragrant flavour that's perfect for spring. We've paired the sweetness of the lamb with a warm and zesty rub made up of za'atar, sumac, oregano, virgin olive oil, fine orange peel and chilli flakes for an aromatic finish. Boned by our Master Butcher, this is an easy carve roasting joint that's well suited to multiple ways of cooking, whether in the air fryer, on the bbq (weather permitting) or in the oven. This is a versatile cut, perfect for pairing with cous cous and salad, or charred spring greens and roast new potatoes. Finely slice any leftovers and eat cold in a wrap with mint sauce.

Without a demand for their meat, many breeds would die out altogether. When intensive farming reigned unchallenged in the second half of the last century, many of our traditional breeds all but disappeared because they don't take kindly to factory farming. We want to change this and help more people realise that we need to safeguard the natural diversity of our farm animals and to demand meat with intrinsic flavour that comes from higher welfare systems. All of our meat fits that bill perfectly.
