Our classic free range pork belly has been dry rubbed with sea salt, muscovado sugar, and fragrant spices. This makes for a sensational flavour combination when the free range Christmas pork is roasted. This is a real chef-style roasting joint, with ample quantities of tasty, succulent meat to keep Christmas dinner guests satisfied. Serve with all the Christmas trimmings and all your favourite sauces and chutneys from our Christmas pantry.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

How to cook

This is an outstanding centrepiece, marrying artisan butchery with exciting flavours.
