Our classic free-range Christmas pork belly has been delicately dry rubbed with salt and muscovado sugar, making for a sensational flavour combination when the heritage breed Christmas pork is slow-roasted. This is a real chef-style roasting joint, with ample quantities of succulent meat to keep Christmas dinner guests satisfied. The quality of our heritage breed free-range pork belly speaks for itself, sourced from free-ranging hogs that wallow and forage as they please, slowly putting on weight at their own pace. If pork is your chosen centrepiece, make sure it's this one, for outstanding festive dining that's sure to impress.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 24th Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

This is an outstanding centrepiece, marrying artisan butchery with exciting flavours.
