Description

Especially for Easter, these deliciously morish chicks in blankets are a must-have alongside your spring roast. Made from the finest free-range chicken, these bite-sized cocktail sausages are wrapped in a blanket of streaky bacon that will crisp up snugly and caramelise around the free-range chicken sausage. These morsels are a chef-butcher collaboration made with free-range chicken alongside a blend of herbs to complement the flavoursome meat. They will easily make for the best party canape and a show-stopping side dish to any Easter celebration roasting joint.
