Saltimbocca is traditionally made with Veal, but we find it tastes even nicer made with our Free-Range Pork loin. Saltimbocca is Italian for ‘jumps in the mouth’, and this tasty, succulent treat certainly does that. The Pork loin steak is wrapped in Air Dried Ham which locks in the juices of the Pork and then topped with a Sage leaf. It’s so full of flavour, easy-to-cook and would be a great treat for family or friends
