We supply several weights, depending on the size of occasion while we also offer easy carve boned Suckling Pigs. Our pigs are sourced from the Yorkshire valley of Nidderdale, primarily from world famous Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, as well as other heritage breeds, to promise only the best flavours. On the odd occasion this product might have to be dispatched previously frozen. We will always advise you in advance if this is the case.
Suckling Pigs are a European favourite, also featuring prominently in Spanish and French butchery. Ours are primarily sourced from Yorkshire reared Old Spots, as well as other heritage breeds, for the best meat quality, to offer very tender pork. They are then carefully prepared, removing the offal, and for the easy carve option most of the bones by hand, before being tied.
