Free range, heritage breed lamb sourced from the dales and fells of Yorkshire, Cumbria and Lancashire is expertly selected from the shoulder and minced to give the right texture and bite for a classic meatball. The meat is then mixed by hand with our special blend of natural ingredients and rolled into individual servings to create the perfect fusion in these mediterranean style meatballs.
