Our handmade Chieftain Haggis is the latest chef-prepared delight featuring mouth-watering heritage breed lamb and arriving just in time for your Burn’s Night supper for a true ceremonial centrepiece. The Haggis itself is made up of ‘sheep’s pluck’ - the offal from the Lamb - to which minced onion, oatmeal, suet, spices & homemade stock are added before cooking gently in a natural Beef Bung.
