Our Classic Unrolled Sirloin Joint
Our classic roasting joint, but unrolled, boasting the outstanding marbling and rich flavour that makes it so prized. The unrolled joint allows for easy slicing into neat servings, and a discerning centrepiece. As with all our prime beef, this is specifically cut to your order, and is sourced from pedigree grass fed herds, before being expertly dry aged by our Master Butcher to yield tender beef, with luscious character.
Prime British beef, the sirloin is the most precious cut of the beast for the butcher. The pedigree of our beef and the quality of their diet means ample marbling which is essential for tenderness and succulence. This joint is dry aged to ensure the flavour and character the sirloin is know for, but left unrolled for a boneless flat joint of prime beef.
A chef's favourite for its deep flavour and juicy succulence, this Flat Sirloin is ideal for easy carve celebration joints whatever the time of year, served alongside traditional roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and creamy horseradish sauce.
