The result is an outstanding steak that can't be beaten for its deep flavour, dark flesh, and generous marbling that caramelises and tenderises the meat upon cooking. Beautifully paired with a fiery wholegrain mustard, made using the best and most flavoursome seeds. With a tasty grainy texture and characteristic peppery flavour.
