Method
- Remember to remove your chicken wings out of the packaging, pat dry before cooking.
- Pre heat your oven to 210 oc temperature fan assisted or 225 oc without a fan.
- Season the chicken wings just prior to roasting with sea salt, cracked pepper and a little smoked paprika if desired.
- Choose a large, heavy based roasting tray, ideally with deep sides and handles for easy movement.
- Heat the tray with a 10 ml of light olive oil.
- When very hot add the wings and cook for 10 minutes then turn the wings over and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
