  1. Remember to remove your chicken wings out of the packaging, pat dry before cooking.
  2. Pre heat your oven to 210 oc temperature fan assisted or 225 oc without a fan.
  3. Season the chicken wings just prior to roasting with sea salt, cracked pepper and a little smoked paprika if desired.
  4. Choose a large, heavy based roasting tray, ideally with deep sides and handles for easy movement.
  5. Heat the tray with a 10 ml of light olive oil.
  6. When very hot add the wings and cook for 10 minutes then turn the wings over and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
