  1. Sieve flour into basin.
  2. Make a well in centre.
  3. Break in the eggs.
  4. Add half the liquid and whisk to smooth mixture gradually adding the rest of the liquid.
  5. Allow to rest.
  6. Select a muffin tin or a shallow pan 15cm (6in) in diameter.
  7. Pour in oil.
  8. Heat until hot in oven (230°C -250°C).
  9. Carefully pour in mixture.
