Ingredients 
    
    - 500ml F&Co chicken bone broth
 - 250g ready made tortellini ( i like to use spinach & ricotta)
 - Handful chopped parsley grated cheese (i like to use gruyere mixed with cheddar)
 - Sea salt & black pepper to taste
 
Introduction
Our version is super easy for those days you want something tasty without the fuss. Of course you can make your own tortellini or substitute with a simple pasta.Method
- Blanch the tortellini or pasta in boiling water following the pack instructions.
 - Heat the broth & simmer for a couple of minutes before adding the tortellini, parsley & taste for seasoning.
