  1. Remove the lamb riblets out of the packaging & place onto shallow roasting tray.
  2. Pre heat your oven to 225°C.
  3. Simply roast the lamb for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Alternatively cook on the BBQ.
  5. Place the ribs over white hot coals, closing the lid on the BBQ and grilling for 5 to 6 minutes turning on each side for until well charred.
