Method

  1. Steam the broccoli over hot water.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic and shallots.
  3. Fry them for a minute or two a little oil..
  4. Stir in the oyster sauce and the wine and bring to the boil
  5. Let the sauce reduce for a minute or two then pour over the broccoli.
