BBQ Marinade: Minted Yoghurt, Garlic, & Paprika Marinade

Ingredients

  • 300ml Natural Yoghurt
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • Juice & Zest 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 10g Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Icing Sugar
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves Picked
  • 1 Red Chilli Finely Diced

Method

  1. Simply mix ingredients together
  2. Pass through a fine sieve before using
  3. Marinade meats overnight
  4. Best to use on poultry, pheasant, pork, goat, lamb
  5. Rub away excess marinade pre cooking
  6. Bbq, grill, roast, griddle
