A New, Simpler Design to Reflect Our Expertise

In the coming weeks we will be unveiling our new website design, with a number of new features. By and large it's the same with some key changes.

Our main aim is to make everything simpler, so filling up your shopping basket couldn't be easier with the plan being to make sure as a customer you're better informed.

As well as being able to see the breed, farm, and other details about each product as part of our transparency mission, with each cut, our Development Chef Jeff Baker, and our Master Butcher have been working in close collaboration to share their expertise.

That means on every item you'll be able to read exactly where it comes from on the beast, how it's prepared on the "butcher's block," and a "chef's tip" from our chef would recommend in approaching it. The result is first hand expertise so you can make sure you're making the right choice, though we're still just a phone call or email away if you have any additional questions.

There will also be an additional, tried and tested recipe next to every cut as written by Michelin starred Jeff Baker, to ensure that if you're in need of a recipe, you receive only the best results in the kitchen.
