A traditional favourite, our lamb liver is sourced exclusively from heritage British breeds raised on lush pasture in the great outdoors. Naturally tender and rich in iron, this nutrient-dense cut offers deep, savoury flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture when cooked with care.
Our liver is cut, packed & frozen the moment we receive our fresh lambs in - at the peak of freshness. Perfect for a quick, wholesome meal - whether pan-fried with onions and sage, folded into warming stews, or served simply with buttery mash and seasonal greens. A staple for lovers of nose-to-tail eating, it's a nourishing and affordable addition to any kitchen.
This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

It's good to eat and enjoy heritage breed meat, showing farmers that there is a market for their herds and flocks and encourage them to rear them. Without a demand for their meat, many breeds would die out altogether. When intensive farming reigned unchallenged in the second half of the last century, many of our traditional breeds all but disappeared because they don't take kindly to factory farming. We want to change this and help more people realise that we need to safeguard the natural diversity of our farm animals and to demand meat with intrinsic flavour that comes from higher welfare systems. All of our meat fits that bill perfectly.
