This Christmas duck crown is left on the bone for extra succulence, and allows you at home to roast the meat to perfection. Duck is typically served pink in top restaurants, and our free range duck promises outstanding flavour and succulence. This joint is simple to roast and easy to carve, and is scored to realease fat upon cooking. Be sure to scold the meat prior to cooking to ensure beautifully crispy skin.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Duck Crown

The duck crown is the two breasts of the bird, still attached to the bone. This simplifies the cooking process and ensures plump, moist duck for Christmas dinner. The skin is scored by our butchers to release fat while roasting, ideal for sumptuous roast potatoes.
