Bali Finishing Sea Salt
Shelf Life: Over 28 Days
Primarily for finishing dishes, to make this salt, seawater is extracted from the majestic trench of the Lombok Strait connecting the Java Sea to the Indian Ocean. The water is then panned on the Volcanic black sand of the eastern shore of Bali under the shadow of Gunung Agung Volcano. The mini hollow crystals this process created add both delicate character and a reassuring crunch.
Salt harvesting in Bali is famous, encapsulating centuries of tradition. This salt is made in much the same way it has been for generations, and is crafted with finishing dishes in mind. The unique shape of the crystals promises crunch, and the finishing touch for adding in visible salt crystals to your prepared dishes.
